Royal Mail PPI Changes

Royal Mail will be changing their PPI Impressions on 2nd April 2013

The changes will be;

1st Class => 24 Hour

2nd Class => 48 Hour

Royal Mail advise that any customer who use their 'Packet Post' service (averaged packet weight) will be moved over to the new PPI Impressions on or after the 2nd April 2013.

Customers who use Royal Mail's 'Standard Service' service (no average packet weight) will not be affected by the new logos.

Royal Mail re-iterated to us there will be a GRACE PERIOD for all users who will be required to move to the 24/48 hour logos.

Changes will be made on 2nd April 2013, but not made mandatory until the grace period ends.

ChannelGrabber is working closely with our contact at Royal Mail to ensure that a smooth transition is made for all of our mutual customers between the logo changes.

Royal Mail advise that "IF ANY CUSTOMER IS IN ANY DOUBT, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR ACCOUNT MANAGER AT ROYAL MAIL"
