If you currently have your marketplaces connected to a ChannelGrabber Classic account, you can still set up an account on the new version of ChannelGrabber BUT we do need to warn you about Amazon...

Amazon utilise a protocol called "throttling" which means they limit the amount of calls that systems like ours can make on your Amazon seller account.

If you have Amazon connected to both ChannelGrabber systems at once, you will most likely experience issues with importing Amazon orders in particular, and possible stock update delays as well, so it's best to keep your Amazon account only connected to one system at a time.

We haven't seen any similar problems with the other marketplaces and webstores though, so you should be fine to connect eBay, EKM, Shopify, BigCommerce etc. to both systems simultaneously if you want to, but we do NOT recommend to activate stock management in more than one system at once, so make sure you switch it off in one system before you switch it on in the other  ;)
