Please note that the ChannelGrabber office will be closed between 22nd December and 1st January, so that our team can benefit from some well-earned down time during the holiday season. During this time while the office is closed, telephone support will not be available, however the Intercom chat system will still be monitored and any emergency or very urgent issues can be reported on the chat system for us to deal with. Please include as much information as you can about your emergency issue and a member of support will get back to you as soon as reasonably possible over the holidays. Please bear in mind that an emergency message literally means someone abandoning their Christmas dinner or getting out of bed to investigate, so we thank you in advance for raising emergencies responsibly and only when absolutely necessary.
All non-emergency messages during this time will be answered as soon as possible once the office re-opens on Wednesday 2nd January, so we thank you in advance for your patience over the holidays.
