ChannelGrabber HTML Tags (Invoices, Emails, Templates)

A list of all the dynamic tags that can be used to personalise invoices, emails and eBay templates

These tags are designed to be inserted into your invoices, eBay templates, customer notification email templates etc. in place of where you want specific product or order details to be inserted.

For example, if you would like your invoice to say "Dear Fred Smith, thank you for your order with Acme LTD." you would enter "Dear {{shipping_recipient_name}}, thank you for your order with {{trading_company_name}}."  

You can also use these tags within normal HTML, for example in an eBay template, instead of referencing a specific image URL such as:

you could use the following HTML code to insert the primary image that you have uploaded into ChannelGrabber for listing with:

The first/main image that you have uploaded into ChannelGrabber

Other images in ChannelGrabber (N is the number of the image - this can be as many images as are uploaded to the product in the general Images tab)

{{image1-100}}...{{imageN-100}}
Dynamically-resized thumbnail - this scales the image and sets the largest dimension to the number following the "-" in the tag, so "{{image1-100}}" would be resized to 100px on the longest side

The eBay Buy It Now price

The ebay Strike-Through Price (on the Misc tab within the eBay listing profile)

The SKU of the product or variation

eBay Global Shipping Tags

Shipping address tags for ebay's Global Shipping program - you can use these even if you have other channels, as if there are no eBay Global Shipping details with the order, ChannelGrabber will automatically use the normal address anyway.

Reference ID for ebay's Global Shipping program - you MUST include this in order for eBay's distribution centre to correctly process your package
